Shell creation will be back from 30th January. But the date may change. We are currently setting up a new node for the free server users to enhance the performance.
I have never seen anything take so long to set up, but if you want to pay, oh, then you can have it right away.. makes sense, they are here to make money after all, but it would be nice to have them give us honest and strait info.
