This agreement was written in English (US). This compiles for any other foreign country, which citizen use our website.
General
xShellz gives you a warm welcome to www.xshellz.com. These terms and conditions of service govern your use of the xShellz and all of it's services operated by xShellz (together with the external servers and the website).
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any services from the xShellz. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the xShellz (services and the website). If you are using these services on behalf of an external entity, organization, company or some third party, you assure us that you have the authority to bind with such organization to these Terms of Service and you also agree to be bound by these Terms of Service on behalf of such organization. Agreeing to use the Features and Services by clicking "Sign up" you accept and agree to be bound and compiled by these Terms of Service. You acknowledge receipt of our Privacy Policy by clicking "Sign up" button when creating an account.
Prohibited usage on free plan
Please read carefully the next list, which mentions some of the services which are strictly prohibited, and any breaking will result in an permanent instant account and shell suspension.

  • Running any type of server is not allowed for free users.
  • No using the server for hosting malware.
  • No mining.
  • No running exploits on the server.
  • No using the server for taking part in DDoS.
  • No exploits or any type of spam.
  • No tunneling.
  • No reverse shell.
  • No !keep scripts are allowed.
  • Only one background process/IRC connection is allowed on the free server, if you require more please consider the $7/mo plan.
  • No Multiple accounts
  • No IRCd on free server

Prohibited usage on paid plan
  • No using the server for hosting malware.
  • No running exploits on the server.
  • No using the server for taking part in DDoS.
  • No exploits or any type of spam.
  • No tunneling
Service information
  • We are running Debian distros on our free and paid servers. We allow you to use linux ssh prompt.
  • Shells on a free plan need to extend their shell every 2 weeks in order to have their shell active. Keeping shell is done inside the xPanel, once the shell is chosen.
  • You are free to use shell for IRC related stuff
  • Paid shells do not have any limitations regarding expiration period and have many features which can be seen on the pricing page.
Billing
xShellz accepts all the major credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal payments. Virtual credit cards will not be accepted.
We use third-party payment processors (the "Payment Processor") to bill you through a payment account. All payments are done and validated by external company "2checkout", we do not check, store, log and validate your PayPal or credit card payments. The processing of payments may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the Payment Processors in addition to this Agreement. We are not responsible for any errors by the Payment Processors.

YOU MUST PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR YOUR BILLING/PAYMENT ACCOUNT. YOU MUST PROMPTLY UPDATE ALL INFORMATION TO KEEP YOUR BILLING/PAYMENT ACCOUNT CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE (SUCH AS A CHANGE IN BILLING OR SHIPPING ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, OR CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE), AND YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY US OR OUR PAYMENT PROCESSORS "2CHECKOUT" IF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS CANCELED (E.G., FOR LOSS OR THEFT) OR IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF A POTENTIAL BREACH OF SECURITY, SUCH AS THE UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OR USE OF YOUR USER NAME OR PASSWORD AT https://www.xshellz.com/contact . IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE INFORMATION PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED, YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR ANY USE OF PAID SERVICES UNDER YOUR BILLING/PAYMENT ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR PAID SERVICES (SHELLS, IRCDs AND OTHER).
If a client is overdue on their balance, xShellz may send up to five email notifications within a 10 day period before suspending the shell account. Shell will be temporarily turned off during the suspension period. xShellz reserves the right to delete the suspended shell and its all data after the final suspension and termination notice.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, all sales are final.
  • You may not claim refund, if your service is suspended because of illegal activity or not respecting our TOS.
  • In special cases, we may allow you a refund. In this case, contact us using the contact form.
Privacy Policy
  • xShellz is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any personal information you do provide to us will be kept for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose you submitted it for.
  • To ensure the best quality, we are using third party services for checking and validating emails while signing up on our website. These services will only receive your e-mail's domain (such as xshellz.com), and not the full email address of yours. This will affect only custom and not so widely used email domains. E-mails from Google, Yahoo, MSN are not included in these checks. Full e-mail is sent via third-party mailing service and it might be logged by this provider.
  • We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
