I'm thankful for having everything restored to my free shell, but to charge me $50 for help to try to figure out why I'm getting errors to try and connect my eggdrop? Not everyone is made of money. I can't work so I don't make my own money because I can't work. I have a lot of health problems that cause me to not be able to have trouble focusing and being able to figure out things on my own like figuring out my eggdrop. if I can at least get a way to download all of my eggdrop's info to my computer and move to a different provider who won't be as harsh, then please let me know. but if you can help me figure out how to help me with my eggdrop without charging me, then please let me know that as well.
