I have a shell & the shell was expired couple of days ago. When I tried to reactivate it it gives following message -

Your shell is creating... Please be patient (or if you can't, we will e-mail you, once the process is done). If your shell is creating more than usual 5 mins, click recreate button below.Your shell is creating... Can anyone diagnose what's the issue?

The other obvious 'solution' would be to recreate the shell but I will lose all my settings if I were to recreate shell, and I want to avoid that scenario.

Please offer a solution.
