Hello all i have an account witch i was connecting from work all fine, but since the Coronavirus the shop i used to work was closed due to virus

now i want to connect from home i am typing all RIGHT i just copy paste from works laptop the ip port password but when i'm trying to connect saying invalid password which the passowrd is not wrong

can somebody help me?
