Ok so when I try to create a shell it doesnt let me. it says : IPv6 ips are disabled from creating free shells. Either use your IPv4 or order a paid shell. You believe this is an error? Contact us at [email protected]
How can I fix this and why is this happening?
You really don't have any control over whether your ISP assigns an IPv4 or an IPv6 address to you when you connect. Apparently xshellz will disallow you if you have both, which is kind of weird. Like the previous responder, I worked around this by signing up from my phone, which happens to have only an IPv4 address at the moment. (You can check from a number of public services; I used https://whatismyip.com/ but these come and go).
