First you will need to download a new theme using wget(1). Irssi's theme files always end with the .theme extension.
Let's say you wanted to use this one:
Next step is to install it in your .irssi directory:
Great! Now fire up irssi and switch to the new theme:
Now we just have to save the config. In irssi:
