psybnc doesn't connect on ircnet / xShellz

I install a PsyBNC on my free shell.xshellz.com
I can connect to BNC but when i used ADDSERVER to add an ircnet server, I received this message:

"[00:00:19] <-psyBNC> Sat Sep 12 18:00:19 :User enrimikey () trying irc.atw-inter.net port 6667 (185.34.216.100).
[00:00:20] <-psyBNC> Sat Sep 12 18:00:19 :User enrimikey got disconnected from server."

It seems that connection is refused.

First piece of advice, LEAVE THAT DAMN psybnc, use znc. You can set up ZNC by typing 'znc -c' in the shell. Visit http://wiki.znc.in/ for tutorials and help. If you are having any other problems, please say. And you can get more support in the channel.
